Dale Wilson - Account Executive

Dale Wilson came to VGM Technologies in 2010 with over 30 years of customer service and sales experience. Dale started his career in 1981 in the automotive industry and managed a automotive shop for 16 years, from there in 1997 he worked as the production coordinator/inventory manager for an orthotic and prosthetic company for 9 years. In 2005 Dale came to VGM and worked in their orthotic/prosthetic division OPGA as the Customer Relations Director. In 2010 Dale became the Account Executive for VGM’s Fleet Solutions division where they specialize in fleet management solutions such as GPS, mobile phone application that prevents drivers from texting and emailing while driving, and a gas card for fuel management and discounts.


Mindy Casterton-Humpal - Manager,

Mindy Casterton-Humpal has beden a part of the VGM team for 8 years. Mindy came to VGM with education and experience in the Human Services field having worked in the residential setting with adults with disabilities as well as the senior population. Mindy spent 5 years with the HOMELINK division starting out as a Patient Care Coordinator, then working in the marketing department and finally managing the workers’ compensation team. Mindy has been involved with the HME provider online lead generation program since its inception and takes great pride in its creation and continued development in being a valuable resource for education for the aging in place and a source of new business for VGM Members.


Merideth McDonald - Vice President

Merideth has been in the communications industry for 39 years.  She started with Northwestern Bell in Waterloo, Iowa.  From there she moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she was when the Bell System was broken up.  From Oklahoma City, she went to Chicago on a special assignment with AT&T, where she worked on the team that was setting up the implementation policy and procedures for the new data networking division.  When that project was finished she moved to Atlanta, Georgia.  In Atlanta, she designed and implemented the telemarketing support division for the National Account Group.  This group worked national accounts headquartered in the Southeast, such as Delta Airlines, Georgia Pacific, Coca-Cola, etc.

Merideth's background is in voice and data networking, phone systems, telemarketing and marketing management.  Merideth was working for AT&T in Iowa as the Area Network Manager when Van Miller made her an offer she couldn't refuse.  So she retired from AT&T and VGM Technologies was started in January of 1992.

VGM Technologies serves over 1800 clients around the country.


Stacy Palmer - Business Development Manager

Stacy joined VGM Technologies with over 6 years of sales experience in December of 1999. Stacy also had extensive customer service experience. She was the recipient of several customer service awards. Stacy has worked with members, optimizing their telecommunication expenses since she joined VGMT. In her first two years at VGM Technologies, she worked directly with members to save telecommunication costs. Currently as VGMT’s Business Office Manager, she is responsible for all aspects of the customer service department. She oversees all communication service implementation projects. Linda Homewood- Customer Service Specialist

Linda came to the Customer Service Department of VGMT in January of 2000.  Previously she had worked as Assistant Administrator of U.S. Rehab, a small division of VGM aimed primarily at custom rehab.  Before that she was in the accounts receivable department of the HOMELINK division of VGM.  Although new to the technology area, she comes with several years of customer service experience gained through her previous positions with the company.

Mary Avenanti - Off The Shelf Marketing Program Manager

Mary Avenanti is a designer and copywriter, and manages VGM’s Off The Shelf Marketing Program. She authored the Know Your Options guide to home medical equipment, is responsible for the research and development of new OTS publications and works to promote current products that include OTS showpieces: Do You Snore? sleep guide, So, You want to stay in your HOME guide to home accessibility and You Have a Choice guide to orthotics and prosthetics. Mary has a passion for helping VGM Members meet their marketing goals with the compelling and cost-effective tools available through the OTS Program. She is a Texas native, and has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts degree in graphic communications from Hawkeye Community College. She joined VGM five years ago after spending many years as a freelance journalist and photographer. Mary also enjoys exercising the left side of her brain by teaching mathematics at a local community college.
